I ordered from aetmotorsport.com and, of course, the timing couldn’t have been worse because I actually needed the parts soon. The tracking barely moved for days, with no clear updates and no real idea where my order was. I tried to give it a bit of time, but it got frustrating fast. i probably wouldn’t order again

"I went in thinking it would be..."
I went in thinking it would be a quick, easy way to find the parts I needed, and at first I was kind of hopeful. But quickly that turned into frustration. The parts were harder to track down than they should’ve been, the filters felt clunky, and the pages loaded painfully slow on my phone. I kept trying because I wanted to get it done, but after a few attempts I just gave up. Maybe it’s better on desktop, but on mobile it was not a good shopping experience for me.

The parts themselves seemed fine, but I was disappointed with the fitment advice. After installing everything, the boost map just felt off, and it made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

I had to wait longer than I expected for replies and ended up chasing them a couple of times. They did get back to me eventually, but the after-sales support didn’t feel all that helpful. Whoever runs this really needs to sort out the follow-up process

I ordered from aetmotorsport.com the whole thing felt really straightforward. The tracking came through quickly, and the parcel arrived exactly when it was meant to. I liked that there was no chasing around or wondering what was going on — the communication had a reliable, no-fuss feel to it. Everything was packed properly too, so overall I’d happily order from them again.

"Checkout was a mess tbh"
Tried to buy a part, but the checkout kept freezing right when I got to payment. Had to put my details in twice and it still didn’t even confirm if the order went through. Not ideal at all when your card info is involved, lol. I ended up giving up and ordering from somewhere else. The site def needs sorting out.

"Fitment was alright, just not quite spot on"
I ordered a part from aetmotorsport.com and the fitment details were mostly there, but it wasn’t exactly perfect. It did go on my car in the end, but it took a bit more fiddling around than I thought it would, especially with that bit not lining up straight away.
Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just a little more hassle than expected. I’d probably check with them first next time before ordering, just to make sure everything is clear.

I ordered a part and ended up needing to cancel it. The refund did eventually come through, but it took longer than it should have and I had to keep chasing for updates. Replies were slow, which just made the whole thing feel like wasted energy over something that should’ve been simple. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it was frustrating enough that I’d probably think twice before ordering again.

"Good job overall, just slower than I expected"
I had my car in with AET Motorsport for some workshop work, and overall the job came out fine. The lads seemed like they knew what they were doing, and from the way they spoke about it, I got the impression it was all straightforward.
The main downside was the time it took. Because they sounded quite relaxed about it, I assumed it wouldn’t drag on as much as it did, so having to chase for a couple of updates was a bit frustrating.
Price-wise, it was about what I expected. Not terrible, not amazing, just okay really. I’d consider using them again, but probably only if I wasn’t in a rush to get the car back.

I emailed AET Motorsport with a few questions before placing my order, and they did get back to me with some useful advice. It took a little longer than I was expecting, and a couple of the replies were brief, but it still helped me figure out which part I actually needed. The order receipt and follow-up emails came through fine too. Overall, not a bad experience, I just think the pre-sales communication could be a bit clearer.

It looked alright when I opened it, but the finish wasn’t that great honestly. Had a little issue getting it to fit right, and the bolts felt kinda cheap too. For what it cost, I was expecting better.

I didn’t have the best experience with the staff, honestly. It wasn’t even one huge thing, just a bunch of small stuff that stood out to me, short replies, not much eye contact, and a couple of my questions felt like they were kind of waved away instead of actually answered. The tone in the responses came off a bit rude too, even though maybe they didn’t mean it that way. I just didn’t feel like I was being listened to or taken seriously. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me the lack of professionalism in those small moments really stuck with me and I wouldn’t be rushing to use them again.
